Delivery
All orders will be despatched as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and availability. If any of the items on an order are not in stock, we will endeavour to send the items as soon as they become available. You will only be charged once per order for delivery regardless of however many parcels we send you.

Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. However, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and postage should take an additional one to two days.

Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

For UK delivery orders are sent ”first class recorded signed for” via Royal Mail, so that means someone has to sign for the parcel. We recommend you use a daytime address e.g. work address.

If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave you a postcard asking you to pick up your parcel from the nearest sorting office.

We want you to be delighted with everything that you have purchased from Retucco. You can return any item for any reason within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund of exchange – Please note that postage costs for returns are non-refundable.
How to return or exchange:
- Please ensure that all non-faulty items are unused and in a perfect, saleable condition. Otherwise we regret we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like a refund or exchange.

- Take you parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend you send your returns by recorded post and always retain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- We will write to confirm your return is being processed. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) once the return item(s) have been received in to our warehouse. Please note that you should allow between 2 – 3 weeks after you have posted the goods back to us, for your refund or exchange to be received.
- Please note that refunds for items bought as presents can only be given to the original customer and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot prevent the customer from knowing.

Legal Statement on Return
If you return an item within 28 days, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order.

Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28-day post-delivery period has expired.

On receipt of the returned goods, Retucco will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (postage costs however, are non-refundable) or an exchange credit as requested. However, you must return the goods to Retucco on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
